Welcome to yclprograms.org (the "Site"), operated by First Priority of Tampa Bay, Inc. DBA Young Christian Leaders Development Programs ("YCL," "we," "our," or "us"), a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including all content, features, functionality, and services offered through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

The Site is available to users of all ages. However, certain programs and activities offered by YCL are designed for middle school, high school, and college-aged students. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Site and participate in any YCL programs or events.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and design elements—are owned by YCL, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The name "Young Christian Leaders," "YCL," "Young Christian Leaders Development Programs," and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of YCL. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

The Site may allow you to submit information through contact forms, event registrations, volunteer sign-ups, newsletter subscriptions, or donation forms.

By submitting any information through the Site, you represent and warrant that:

Any content you submit through the Site may be used by YCL for organizational communications, ministry purposes, and program administration, subject to our Privacy Policy.

YCL may offer SMS or text messaging communications to keep students, alumni, parents, volunteers, church partners, and supporters informed and engaged. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from YCL, you consent to receive recurring automated or non-automated text messages at the number you provided.

‍Description of SMS Use Cases. Text messages from YCL may include, but are not limited to: FP campus club meeting reminders and schedule updates; training and leadership development event notifications; alumni program announcements and opportunities; volunteer coordination and event logistics; donation confirmations, campaign updates, and fundraising appeals; organizational news, prayer requests, and general ministry updates; and emergency or time-sensitive notifications related to YCL programs or events.

‍Opt-Out Instructions. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from YCL at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send a single confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from YCL unless you re-subscribe. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at info@yclprograms.org or by calling our office. Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your ability to use the Site or participate in YCL programs.

‍Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and your individual wireless plan. YCL is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred by you in connection with receiving or sending text messages. Message frequency varies based on program activity, events, and campaigns. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

YCL accepts online donations through the Site. All donations are processed through secure, third-party payment processors.

YCL offers programs including Faith & Purpose campus clubs, training & leadership development, and an alumni program. Information about these programs provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only. YCL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program or event at any time without prior notice. Participation in any YCL program or event may be subject to additional terms, agreements, waivers, or parental consent requirements provided at the time of registration.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by YCL. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that YCL shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, YCL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.YCL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YCL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YCL, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Site, your violation of any term of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

YCL and its affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and any third-party service providers involved in delivering SMS messages are not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in the delivery of any text message, for any reason. Carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other wireless service providers, are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. YCL makes no guarantee that messages will be delivered to your mobile device, and delivery is subject to the effective transmission by your wireless carrier. Carrier terms and conditions may apply to your receipt of text messages, and you agree that YCL has no responsibility or liability for any obligations or charges you incur from your carrier in connection with receiving SMS communications.

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to YCL's SMS messaging program. If you are under 18, you may not subscribe to receive text messages from YCL unless a parent or legal guardian provides consent and completes the opt-in on your behalf. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or that your parent or legal guardian has authorized your enrollment in the SMS messaging program.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.

YCL is deeply committed to the safety and well-being of children and youth. While the Site does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent, certain program registrations may involve the collection of student information with appropriate parental or guardian consent. All information collected from or about minors is handled in accordance with applicable law, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), where applicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

YCL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms or agreements you may enter into with YCL in connection with specific programs or events, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and YCL regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
