Fostering leadership in youth & young adults through campus engagement and alumni connection.
Founded in 2009, Young Christian Leaders (YCL) Development Programs is an independent nonprofit organization committed to raising up the next generation of strong, Christ-centered leaders. We equip middle and high school students with the training, resources, and guidance needed to lead thriving Christian campus clubs on their campuses. In addition, our growing alumni program continues to support and develop young adults as they live out their faith and leadership beyond high school.
*Please note that we have changed our campus club names from First Priority to Faith & Purpose clubs.

We host leadership trainings & interpersonal skills development workshops to prepare our students to become impactful leaders on their campuses.

We equip middle and high school students with the resources, guidance, and support needed to lead Faith & Purpose clubs at their schools.
