Founded in 2009, Young Christian Leaders (YCL) Development Programs is an independent nonprofit organization committed to raising up the next generation of strong, Christ-centered leaders. We equip middle and high school students with the training, resources, and guidance needed to lead thriving Christian groups on their campuses. In addition, our growing alumni program continues to support and develop young adults as they live out their faith and leadership beyond high school.

We host leadership trainings & interpersonal skills development workshops to prepare our students to become impactful leaders on their campuses.

We equip middle and high school students with the resources, guidance, and support needed to lead Faith & Purpose Groups at their schools.
